Paper Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the Conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The papers should be drafted in English and prepared according to the prescribed paper template. Each paper should contain a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 10 pages, including figures, tables and references.

The submitted papers will undergo an appropriate peer-review process by qualified reviewers in the respective technical areas under the supervision of the Technical Program Committee and Guest Editors. Authors should submit their papers through Microsoft CMT. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times; duplicate submissions may lead to cancellation of the paper.

Important: Only papers that are actually presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Plagiarism and AI Policy:

Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. All submitted manuscripts will be checked using appropriate plagiarism detection tools to ensure the originality of the content.

The overall plagiarism/similarity level of the paper must be below 10%, excluding the Reference section. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript contains original work and that all previously published material, quotations, ideas, figures, tables and other third-party content are appropriately acknowledged and cited.

Papers exceeding the permitted plagiarism/similarity limit may be returned to the authors for revision or may be rejected, depending on the extent and nature of the overlap.

AI Usage Policy: Authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools only in a responsible and transparent manner in accordance with accepted academic and publication ethics. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity and contents of their submitted manuscript.

The AI-generated content level of the manuscript must be below 20%. Authors are expected to review, verify and appropriately revise any content generated or assisted by AI tools before submission.

AI tools must not be used to fabricate or manipulate research data, results, references, citations, images or other research content. Authors must ensure that the use of AI tools does not compromise the originality, academic integrity or ethical standards of the manuscript.

Manuscripts found to involve plagiarism, excessive AI-generated content, fabricated information, duplicate publication, copyright infringement, or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected or withdrawn from the publication process.

Author Declarations:

Each author must provide a declaration of any competing interests associated with the submitted work. Authors must also provide a funding statement identifying the funding sources, if any, that supported the research reported in the manuscript.

Where third-party material is included in a manuscript, the authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary written permission from the relevant copyright holder and for providing appropriate acknowledgement.

Publication Requirements:

Authors of papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings will be required to complete the applicable publishing agreement or license required for publication before their paper can be included in the proceedings.

Only papers that have been presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Important: Author Submission Policy

• *) It is mandatory that only the corresponding author or a co-author, as indicated in the manuscript, submits the paper in the CMT system using the same email address listed in the paper.
• *) Submissions by third parties or using alternate email addresses are strictly prohibited.
• *) All author details—including name, department, affiliation, and email ID—must be clearly included both in the paper and in the CMT system at the time of submission.
• *) The list of authors mentioned in the manuscript and in the CMT system must remain the same throughout the entire process, from initial submission to final registration.
• *) Alteration of authorship (adding, removing, or changing the order of authors) at any stage—from initial submission to registration—is strictly not allowed.
